Free to join, this group meets Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at 9:30am for a one hour walk through the neighbourhood. Everyone is welcome, and there is sure to be a pace that’ll suit your abilities. For more info or to join the group, contact Julie at (613) 226-4995 or bijoux@bell.net.
